I can't rave enough on the success I had using Bauer Flooring on my new home. Brian the owner and his manager Denise, came out and measured everything, and I had a written estimate by the end of the day. They more than exceeding my expectations on the quality and detail on my floors base boards and molding. The results of their quality work far exceeding any expectations I had prior to the install. I had no idea how much work goes into putting in new floors. I had the entire downstairs floored in latex woods style panels, including two bathrooms and a laundry room. They handled all the details, from removing the washer and dryer, Kitchen appliances, the toilets and then reinstalling them. They created excellent transition pieces from the different rooms and those that have carpet included the carpeted stairs. They even caulked all the necessary areas in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Their prices were very competitive and although they have a wide selection of product, I was able to use the flooring of my choice. I would never use anyone else.

Bauer Flooring and Tile came to our rescue Thursday. We had been working on an extremely tight schedule which started out as a 2 bathroom gut and remodel and morphed into a 2nd floor gut and popcorn ceiling removal. Denise and her crew arrived at 7:30 to reassess all measurement, then proceeded to doing what they do SO well. They had to remove considerable construction debris, and had to deal with not the just usual removal of carpet and pad, but destroyed carpet padding. They also repaired a previous 15 year old walk in closet addition that was not level which we hadn’t even noticed. The crew worked diligently and hard, and were so professional. They stayed on to complete the installation, taking care to cleaning up despite the long hours, staying past 8 pm due to our schedule. The carpet complemented our renovation beautifully. Denise returned the next day to check on their workmanship in the daylight, cleaning up tiny stray pieces, and advised us on the future upkeep to keep the carpet looking great. It was a real pleasure having Bauer Carpeting and Tile being so flexible in fitting us in and doing such exceptional work. We are very pleased to have found them!

My wife and I are so so happy with our new vinyl plank flooring project. Unlike many renovations to an existing residence regardless of size our experience was stress free. This all due to Bauer Flooring. Upon the onset of first meeting Brian and Denise, to the coordination of moving our furniture, to the installation of new; Bauer Flooring executed flawlessly. Vince and Derek were quality craftsmen and Denise was "Wonderwoman" meticulously providing inspections and detailed finishing touches. She is smart hardworking and has an outward likeable personality. It is evident that "doing the job the right way" is Bauer's way. Brian is highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are fortunate to have Bauer Flooring help us on our house and in the process met new friends. Of course we would highly recommend them!

From start to finish everything was top quality. Brian was very professional and punctual with the initial evaluation of the flooring project and estimate, and was able to come out next day (on a weekend), getting a quote back to us in less than an hour, that was very fair. We had issues independently finding material that matched our flooring to the nosing pieces on the stairs, and Brian was able to relieve our stress and find the perfect match for us. The whole team (Brian, Denise, Vince and Derek) were very friendly and also very skilled. Carpet was removed, sub-floor prepped, then thin set laid to ensure a level floor. Exceptional quality. The flooring project took 5 days, and everyday it was cleaned up as if no one was in my home. The final product far exceeded our expectations, due to Denise ‘s and the entire teams’s attention to detail. I will definitely use use them again!

Brian, Denise, and Brandon were awesome to work with! I got estimates from 2 other companies, along with quotes from Home Depot and Bougainville, and Brian’s quote was the most fair and reasonable. The quality of the product Brian provides is much more superior to the material others provided and at a reasonable price point. Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the flooring options I was interested in, along with any concerns I had. What I appreciated most about my interaction with each of the members in Brian’s team is that they went above and beyond in answering my questions. Even those not related to flooring. They were kind, clean, and accommodating. I needed to finish a wall before they could install the baseboards, so they prepped the baseboards for me and offered to return to install it. I’d purchase carpet and install service from Bauer Flooring Services again. They installed carpet on the stairs at my residence and the final product looks great, and is a real treat for the feet! Scheduling, install and transaction was easy with Bauer Flooring. They answered the phone when I called, showed up on time, and brought samples of carpet I was interested in. I’m very happy with the install, and cost was a bit cheaper than what other companies were asking. They were also able to bind the carpet remnants following the install, so now I have a couple nice rugs for high traffic areas in the house.

Brian and Denise are the best!! They are easy to work with. They installed vinyl flooring and a lot of extras within the original estimate. Thank you for the fantastic deal installing carpet on my stairs as well and upstairs hallway as well. Additional things like trim and transition pieces to other rooms like carpeted bedrooms and closets was them going the extra mile to please me and help me within my budget.
